The Vice President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Elder Prof Joseph Otubu, has honoured the Founder, The Saviour’s Ministries Worldwide (C&S), His Eminence, (Dr.) Prince Solomon Adeniran Aluko.
The CAN VP, who was the Spiritual Father of the Day at the 19th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving of The Saviour’s Ministries on Sunday, December 8, 2019, gave a bible personally autographed by himself to Baba Aladura Aluko while encouraging him to continue with his good works in the vineyard of the Lord.
While emphasising the need for Baba Aladura Aluko in particular and other C&S leaders in general to always showcase Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase, the Founder of the Cherubim &Seraphim, Otubu decorated Aluko with a brooch with Orimolade’s picture.
The President, Women Council of the church and the wife of Baba Aladura Aluko, Most Senior Sup. Apostolic Mother (Dr) Princess Abigail Adeyinminu Aluko (JP), was also decorated with a similar brooch by the CAN Vice President.
Tagged: ‘Harvest of Multiple Blessings’, the Thanksgiving service was well attended by C&S leaders far and near. Among them were the Supreme Head, C&S Unification Church Worldwide, His Most Eminence Prophet (Dr) Solomon Adegboyega Alao; Reverend Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi (JP) and her husband, Reverend Dr Muyiwa Ajayi (JP); Baba Aladura Olusegun Akintobi Akedekekere (Arojibika II) of Agbo Jesu (Agelu Jerusalem); Oba Idowu Akindele, the Alakute of Akute Land; Oba Samuel Olusegun Sobowale Benson, the Olojodu of Ojoduland; popular gospel crooner Esther Igbekele; Juju artist, Tolu Obey; Prince Ademola Aluko; Prince Babatunde Aluko; and Otunba Muyiwa Akinbolagbe among others.
While admonishing the church Alao enjoined the people of God to be focused only on the bible and practices that were biblical adding that the C&S was a bible-believing church and there should be no room for idolatry practices.
He condemned practices like the lighting of coloured candles, carrying replicas of the Ark of Covenant, and bathing in the streams, among others.
He insisted that those involved in such practices were impostors and not true C&S members.
Commenting on the theme of the harvest, Aluko said, “Fellow on the journey of eternity, the Psalmist said I am glad when they said let us go to the house of God, which I believe is our submission for being at our 2019 Adult Harvest Anniversary tagged: Harvest of Multiple Blessings. We pray that God of the harvest will reward us bountifully in the remaining part of the year, the new year and throughout our lives in Jesus’ name.
“This anniversary is not about merrymaking alone but to also elevate our spiritual lives and that Godly prosperity is permitted by our creator hence the theme: Harvest of Multiple Blessings, which connotes the glorious manifestation of God’s hands in our lives that supersede our previous situation provided we are on the same page with God.”
Reverend Mother Ajayi, who was the preacher, gave a powerful and spirit-filled ministration praying God to release his multiple blessing on the present at the harvest.
