The El-Berachah Worship Ministry for Celestial Church of Christ has stated its resolve to restore the act of true worship to the creator as it unveils Luli 4.0.
Mr Gbenga Obajuwon-Ogunlana, Chairman, Luli 4.0, which marks its fourth edition, in his keynote address at a press parley, held at the Grandeur Event Center, Ikeja, to herald the divinely envisioned worship programme, said that just as the theme: “Power in His Praise” stated, it was meant to shift the gaze of the people back to God their creator through rendition of pure worship to Him alone.
Obajuwon -Ogunlana also noted that the event was targeted at breaking denominational worship barriers.
According him, Luli 4.0 is ready to meet virtually all worship needs of the participants.
The 28 man worship ministry that is saddled with a divine mandate of bringing God’s presence to everyone; at the campus level, homes and more, sets out to consummate all this year in the organisation of Luli Concert, an annual worship event billed to hold on the 27th of September at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
A media guru, Dr Halmilton, formerly with ThisDay Newspaper and also a top-notch celestian, is also going to dish out the word of truth that day.
He noted that both ministers in word and songs were veritable tools in the Hands of God to deliver His thoughts and goodies to His people.
Luli 4.0 has on it line up an array of award winning gospel artistes including Tope Alabi, Evangelist Akin Adebayo (Imole Ayo), Evangelist J.A Adelakun (Ayewa), Evangelist Samson Adekanmbi (Sammy P), Tunde Ara , Laolu Gbenjo and Kafeyi.
Others are Michael Harjory, Engo, Elberachah Worship Ministry, Ankara & Black Playhouse, Choir of CCC, Agunloye, Ondo. Dr Wole Adetiran, formerly a top-notch academic in the Music Department of the Polytechnic Ibadan will lead the Celestial Church of Christ Central Choir.
The Luli 4.0 event also harbours a whole lot of initiatives put together to make the experience worth the while. On Wednesday, 11th of September, 2019, a Music Masters Class was held, facilitated by award winning music producer, ID Cabasa , Dr Olaosebikan Rotimi, Sola Allyson and Mr Wols.
The ministry also set out to address health fitness of participants ahead of the Luli Concert by a 4kilometre community walk from TBS through Moloney, Sura, Olowu back to Catholic Mission Street on the 21st of September.
Also on the 26th to the early hours of 27th of September, TBS will accommodate two-day medical outreach to provide free primary health services to the people.
One of the a-list gospel artistes, Shola Allyson, speaking with Adura International Magazine on the sidelines of the music master class, noted that she had bonded with the Luli concept right from inception due to an exact revelation of the concert earlier before its actualisation and also being privileged to have been one of the guest artistes during the first edition.
“When I saw it come through exactly the way it was revealed to me, I decided to be their friend. There is no way a whole chapter of a book on my life experiences will not be devoted to the Celestial Church because my gift was given a form here.
“So, I have made myself available on any platform of the Celestial Church where I can be a blessing to others, because everything I am today got a form in the Celestial Church.
“Though before I was formed in my mother’s womb, I have been destined to be who I am and the call of God is without repentance. It is the gift of God which is innate; it is inborn but there is somewhere you get to where that gift is given a shape.
“So I have a perfect understanding of who I was supposed to be in this church. So if you say I am part of the people that conceived Luli Concert, it is fine, but literally I am not.
“It is strictly a worship concert and the celestial that I know is all about worship standing up, kneeling down, dancing and referencing the Most High.”
She, however, urged all Christians to unite and allow God to reign supreme in our midst.
“God is one, the difference is in our modes of worship and this is my home. I urge all participants at Luli 4.0 to be simple before God, open your heart and just worship God with all of your being and experience his awesome manifestations,” Allyson noted.
Evangelist Samson Adekanmbi (Sammy P), who is also one of the artistes to be featured for Luli 4.0, hinted that all the participants should be expectant as praises would unlock the heavens for the release of unfettered access.
“I am bringing to the fore a rebranded praise and classical music with international flavour for which I am known as a Celestial with a clear cut difference at Luli 4.0.
“The audience should be expectant; people should comport themselves well and desist from acts that can give Celestial a bad name. I, Samuel Adekanmbi Sammy P, will be coming to give my very best.”
The Luli Concert Convener, Mr Daniel Adebayo Olugbenga, in his chat with Adura International Magazine, said that Luli concert was a platform of worship that God had instituted to worship Him in the beauty of his holiness and we have been doing this for the last four years.
“We are in the fourth edition of Luli, themed: “Power of His Praise”, which was taken from what happened in the Acts of Apostle where Paul and Silas were in prison but at midnight they prayed and sang ,the foundation of the prison shook due to earthquake and the chains and gate locked were broken.
“We are expecting a repeat of that experience, God will do great miracles. The foundation of evil that has held the country in bondage will be loose.
“Those in bondage will be released; everyone should come with an expectant heart. Denominational differences will not take us far but if we work as one, we will be able to do what God wants of us.
He added, “We expect that many people will come and seek the Lord at the TBS and when praise go up, God will manifest himself in the beauty of His Holiness and miracles and total liberation will be available
“Just be expectant and God will intervene through the atmosphere of praise. Foundation of evil to be uprooted and there will be diverse miracles.”
