His Eminence Sup. AP. Gen. Elder Prince Clement Ikanade Agba, who was recently appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as the Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, has opened up on how his appointment was prophesied in 2017.
Speaking during the thanksgiving service of his appointment recently, the minister noted that his appointment was a full manifestation of God’s prophecy which was said by Rev. Yomi Kasali at the Audacity of Praise 2017.
“Does the Lord speaks and not come to pass?” he asked.
Quoting the book of Isaiah 55:11, he said, “So shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth, it shall not return to me void but it shall prosper in the things for which I sent it.”
“The word of prophecy came to pass on the 23 of July 2019, “the wife of the minister, Mother-in-Israel Catherine Agba, said.
She also gave thanks to God for His special blessings upon her family and for making her husband a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria while appreciating God for October 6, 2019, which was their 29th marriage anniversary.
The Mother-in-Israel honoured God for making her follow the right path and implore everyone to keep praying for her husband and family.
Elder Agba, the budget minister, spoke about his humble beginning, how his parents were in difficulties when he was given birth to.
He also spoke about how he moved from Chevron to being a commissioner with all challenges and difficulties, adding that God kept him all the way.
Rev Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi, who also graced the event among other dignitaries, congratulated the minister.
She said, “God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him and that nothing happens by chance and accident.”
She emphasized that the minister had really done great things in God’s vineyard and He surely paid him back.
The minister stated that Christians should give full support to the administration of President Mohammed Buhari adding that the President meant well for the growth of the country.
Encouraging the youth, he said, “There is no shortcut to success; you have to discover your passion and do things right.”
He also advised the youth to trust in God always and lean not on their understanding.
He admonished Christians not to shy away from politics.
“You can only effect change if you are part of the process and the leadership,” he noted.
Elder Agba is a member of the advisory board of the Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim and also the Head, Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure of the church. He is a dedicated and staunch member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
