The Founder, Esther Ajayi Foundation, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi, has given the assurance that this Saturday’s Celebrate The Comforter crusade will be highly impactful.
Ajayi, who just returned from a pilgrimage in Israel, said the programme, aimed at uniting the Celestial Church of Christ and the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, would take place at the Tafawa Balewa Square and would, among others, feature leading preachers, celebrities and top gospel musicians.
While speaking at the Lagos airport, she noted that her visit to Israel was to prepare her for the enormous task ahead, adding that she was buoyed by the spiritual uplifting received in the holy land.
According to her, the Christian event is open to all denominations and faiths, and it will be an atmosphere to glorify God, celebrate unity and preach peace.
Also, the General Overseer, Love Of Christ Church, Clapham, London, said she was excited that her efforts to unite the white garment churches had started to yield fruits.
She stated, “This is the first time the programme will hold in Nigeria and I can tell you that we will shake the country with the Word of God and the country will never be the same again. Come and join us for an unforgettable day of life-changing prayer, preaching, praise and celebration in honour of God.”
Last year’s event at the United Palace, New York, United States of America was attended by a former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo; the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi; a popular journalist and columnist, Bashorun Dele Momodu and the legendary singer, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, among others.
